I placed the trainer and skin control files into the root directory, yet nothing works. Will update once I get back to GTA V

Hey, basically... I installed the native trainer and the skin control to use the emergency uniforms pack but it's not working. Is it due to the update? Also, some plugins are not working for me even though I installed them correctly. Hope ya'll can help.

Hey there, so after researching the web, following numerous tutorials and hours and days of working on it I still can't manage to get most of the things working. I tried modding POLICE2, POLICE3 and SHERIFF, yet nothing works. Same with weapon mods. I'm using a mod folder on OpenIV. Anyone encounter the same issues? Thanks for the help.
