I've seen unmarked units here and there, since it's relatively easy to spot the lights inside of the car. The antennas and spotlights usually give them away, too.

Hey guys! I haven't had to ask a question to this support thread for a while, but I just got EFLC and I'm having a fatal problem with it. So, I ran it and it runs perfectly fine with all my mods installed with the exception of my ENB. Every time I install an ENB, no matter what it is, it launches and lags incredibly before even entering the start screen (with the choice between playing TLAD and TBoGT). It repeatedly says "Not Responding" and loads extremely slowly. It makes the game unplayable in the highest degree. Please, if you can help, I really need it! Thanks again.

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in converting the NOOSE SWAT ped from GTA V to GTA IV. I personally like the GTA V model more than the GTA IV model (which kinda sucks). Car bombing suspect Dimitri Varislova was shot and killed by Sheriff SWAT teams while attempting to take him down. He fired on officers with a Remington 700 Sniper Rifle, then proceeded to flee into the night, to be found at this crosswalk armed with an MP5 Submachine gun. He attempted to open fire on the officers, but was shot and killed within moments. -

911 Callers reported that a fuel truck had been driving recklessly and rammed into this wall here. First responders arrived on scene and set up road barriers when the truck suddenly exploded, injuring one officer in the process. SWAT teams arrived five minutes later and secured the scene. -

First responders responded to the Broker-Dukes train station for a male who seemed ill, when responders arrived, he collapsed when showing symptoms of exposure to anthrax. SCFR and SCSO SWAT teams quickly quarantined the train station and shut down all train stations in the Broker-Dukes Area. Investigations are currently underway to find the suspect who is responsible for the attack. -

Okay, so, I have a "meh" laptop. It can run GTA 4 with CryENB with anywhere between 18-27 FPS. So, what could I expect kind of FPS from GTA 5? Sorry if this isn't in the right section.
