Don't trust BF3 about accuracy and weapons power. Personally I use M240b in BF3 (it's my best weapon), and its a very bad balanced weapon, in the real life I think it has a range of about 3500 meters, in BF3 you can't kill with it at 50 meters, and if you shoot a guy with a pistol at 3-5 meters, the pistol guy will probably kill you before. I shot an enemy who was at 4 meters of me and I didn't hit him, after spending more than 50 bullets and shoting crouched. By other hand pistols are probably the best weapons of the game, the best, try crossing the enemy line with a pistol in real life, and see how long you stand alive... So, like I've said, don't trust BF3, and less with the last patch... Backing to topic, I don't think replacing the actuals 200 round magazine machine guns with a 40 round magazine weapon is a good idea, I think the supressing fire would be less efective. Anyway, here you are in the army, not me ;)

Damn, yes, the TCS, just seen today a car going through the sidewalk and running throught a traffic light and crashing with a building wall, almost crushing a guy that was walking in the street; he just felt the floor, but get alive... Yeah, Traffic Control System is probably the best way for having accidents.

To the second question, you can install vehicles using SAMI (San Andreas Mod Instaler), or IMG Tool, since some vehicles, depending to, I think, the file format they have, can't be installed using SAMI. For installing ELM, you need CLEO 4. With Cleo 4 you will be able to install many other script modification, and I think also sapd:fr. There are three police cars patroling the streets of its city (los santos police car in Los Santos, Las Venturas car in Las Venturas) and a sheriff rancher patroling the rural areas, there's a FBI suv, a police Bearcat, but that you have to spawn through mods, there's a swat truck, an ambulance and two firetrucks, an engine and a ladder. There's a lcpdfr similar mod for SA, the sapd:fr mod, you can find it in GPM, I think they were going to release also a Paramedic version of it, but I don't know if they finally released it.

Faulty? ps... I would pay for some models, since nobody is interested in making them, is just what I said some time ago. If you don't like people to charge for making models, then don't use their mods, or learn modeling an make everybody request. I dunno what to say man, you may be satisfied with the models actually are released, but other people, like me, wants models that unless we learn modeling, which is not a 2 days thing, nobody will make them. So the only way we actually can get these models is by paying.

Nah, charging for modeling from scratch is not illegal, is illegal charging for other people models, btw, there was some time ago a discussion that ended at same way, discusing about if its legal or not. I have two ideal modders in iv, Malemute and MrBolleck, they make great conversions and most classic vehicles:)
