More amusing game, with MANY more things to do than in SA and IV. There's a mod called GTA IV: Los Angeles, that changes the vegetation, weather, colors, etc. and ads some LA features, such crosswalks, to look like Los Angeles. Changing the text so when you look for a car, the name what appears is the modded car's: for example, dodge instead dukes, and if it's possible changing the vehicle picture. And for the date of birth the same; I set my game in '93, so a guy who was born in the '88 still would be in the school (this one is not really important, is just for adding some realism).

Yes, check the vehicle file and when you find the computer file just edit it. Or do you mean the computer screen that appears when you press "E"?
