There isn't any of these yet. It may come in a future an 87 Caprice, and gfxle still has his '83 Impala; though he's busied with other things I guess could I try speaking to him about it... By other hand, Compeast has an 83 LTD, but it's just a marked version - he's reworking them - (If you're interested, here there are: http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/1983-ford-ltd-crown-victoria-los-angeles-poli-f14393 and http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/1983-ford-ltd-crown-victoria-chicago-police-f14354 ), you could try speaking to him about an unmarked version. Very unlikely to happen; Compeast doesnt't usually work with ELS.

I suggest you to use for the text of the rear a font called Waukegan LDO, it will look better than Arial;)
