  2. Lol, I knew it was forbbiden by the Geneva Convention! I was about mentioning it the other day but then I started doubting I am not sure if the Geneva Convention prohibites to use enemies' uniforms, but it does in fact forbid using neutral armies uniforms. Well, gotta say the game looks good, although I am not into the half-futuristic theme. If they release Cold War Rearmed mod for Arma 3 then I might consider about getting it. Something that, in my opinion, they haven't improved much are the explosion effects. And something that has impressed me, the animation of changing of weapon, it's truly well done:)
  3. This could be easily a joke of a Quentin Tarantino's movie...
  4. Well, just wanted to say that randomly I came across with the scope that, I believe, I was looking for; FYI it's called Colt 3x20 scope (it also has a 4x20 variant). It was used since the Vietnam era This is it (picture not mine):

  7. Well, I am not looking for modern days sights, but thanks for your help;) What I am looking is for pre-1990s sights. I know mostly was used the default aperture sight, thought I've also seen pictures from that era with older aiming systems that I guess resemble to the modern ACOG sights. (It were cylindrical, with a length similar to the carrying handle). By other hand I've also seen night vision devices and some telescopic sights, mostly from vietnam era so I'm wondering if you know about what could be used in the 80s-Desert Storm, since I guess they were more advanced. The Litton M-845 night vision sight is the only one I've found so far, in a picture of a SEAL member in the late 80s. Sorry my questions are not very specific but I don't know much about the weapon complement subject :(
  8. Hey guys, I know there's some people around this community who fairly knows about firearms, hence I guess about their complements too, so I was wondering if you can tell me which kind of sights (if it's possible the exact name) were using by the US Army since the Vietnam era up to the Desert Storm. If you also know and could tell me which sights used other armies such as British, Soviet, etc I would greatly appreciate too. Thank you in advance:) (I need the info for a small project I am working on and I don't know what exactly search)

  12. Iran has a bunch of these, acquired during the Shah regency back in the 70s.
  13. Spanish Army, I am not very familiar with it, but I know these for sure fighters. I really liked the F-14 of the US Armed Forces used, though they neither are in service anymore
  14. I am not sure but I think the most type of fighters the army have are Harries and Eurofighers. They have a bunch of F18 too.
  15. ^ My dad had a Willys, but for working in a mine. I've never been in an Air Show, or I don't remember so, but now some years ago I was in an exhibition at the Spanish Armed Forces Day where they simulated the air and land deployment to take the control of an hostile beach or something. They used, apart of the choppers (Chinook, Sea King, and I guess some other), Harrier and F18, which flew pretty close to the ground; it was amazing :D I think at the end of the exercise (or it was another day, I am not sure) the stunt squad of the air force, called Patrulla Águila (Eagle Patrol) did some stunts with their C-101. I had pictures and record of the show, but I don't know where did I save it :/ Also, sorry to hear about the annulment of their shows, though I'd prefer them to stay in the ground for a year than be fired.

  17. Oh, I haven't got problems with the models. Besides, that site has some good modelers and car converters (the gcu modeling team) so I don't think it's a dangerous site. Safety first anyway :P
  18. Hey guys, the other day I came across with this site, which has hosted almost all the cars from Driver SF in .3ds and .Z3d format. This could be useful for anyone who want to convert any of the models from that game, and I guess will save him/her the time of ripping it No more to say, here is the link (click in the pictures for download the models): http://gta.com.ua/forum2/lofiversion/index.php/t4069.html Hope it can help you;)
