Dippa reacted to PNWParksFan for a file, GTA V Lighting Pattern Carcols Command Line Testing ToolThis is a little RPH command line tool I put together to utilize the new ELS-like features in RPH 0.47 that allow dynamic modifications of a vehicle's siren settings. Basically, you can modify the sequence, speed, direction, etc. of any siren on any vehicle, can apply any siren audio to any vehicle, etc. I've also added some commands to quickly enable you to enable only one siren at a time, or to cycle through all of the sirens with only one on at a time, to help you focus in on one part of your vehicle without distraction, or to see which sirens are where on a vehicle.
Requires RPH 0.47+ and knowledge of carcols editing. This is a very very quick and simple plugin, designed to help out with testing new carcols settings. It's not meant for general use as an ELS type plugin. I will not be providing any support for it. It's simply here for you to use if you might find it useful or interesting.
Due to a bug in RPH 0.47, it's not currently possible to clone and edit added sirensettings (e.g. siren settings above 13). You will need to use one of the default sirensettings slots to edit your patterns.
The commands should be fairly self-explanatory if you're familiar with carcols editing. Just type "help" into the RPH console to see all the commands (Press F4 to open the console).

Dippa reacted to BLacKHaLLoW for a file, Flashlight 3.0THIS MODIFICATION IMPROVES THE FUNCTIONALITY & REALISM OF THE EXISTING GTA V FLASHLIGHT.
I like using my flashlight on patrol - I hate the default flashlight.
It is on par with the flashlight in Luigi's Haunted Mansion.
For whatever the reason, the beam is restricted to just 10 feet in front of you.
I'm no rocket scientist, but I'm fairly certain that this isn't an accurate representation of the physical properties of light.
Another small gripe I have is directed at the trace effects leaving the flashlight.
They make it seem like it is foggy/smoggy out when in actuality it isn't.
Even on a Maglight, this beam is minimal and it depends on current weather conditions.
This mod doesn't have variety like my past ones do - one size fits all.
I have spent about 20 hours perfecting this modification, and I am very happy with the results.
RECOMMENDATIONS
I recommend that you install ECED, as that what this mod was designed around.
(However, I see no reason that this wont work with other visualsettings.dat files. I simply haven't tried it.)
I recommend lowering your shadow quality if you experience an FPS drop.
I recommend you try shining the light in tall grass and in the middle of the city to ensure stability.
Understand that this light casts shadows. If you have a lower end GPU or CPU, you may experience an FPS drop.

Dippa reacted to Getinmybelly for a file, SAHP 4K SkinsSAHP
These skins are the brainchild of CoryMP. He proposed the idea to me and I did my best to try and recreate the vision. The badge is custom made and all of the colors used are used to emulate the in-game sahp style. I hope you think these are as cool as we do.
I also don't know why this vehicle below is showing up because I didn't put the link there. So...........it doesn't fit it. Yet

Dippa reacted to FinKone for a file, Repeat Offender [Callout]This will be the first, and short hand release of Repeat Offender series - while I do plan to add more callouts to it, and polish the first one (possible vehicle breaking and entering), I decided since I'm low on time to let everyone have a go at it. It currently ONLY SPAWNS in the city area, more so in the Davis/Hood area in the southern side of the city.
What to expect :
Real police work. In short. You'll have to pay close attention to the suspect (if you find him) and go from there. Pressing F5 will GIVE YOU OPTIONS. Sometimes the subject of the call did nothing wrong.
What can happen? I'll talk about a few out comes because there are literally over 200 different things...
Subject runs on sight of police Subject is innocent and hasn't done anything wrong Subject attempts to attack player (sometimes a fatal attack, sometimes not) Subject attempts to drop drugs or stolen items without the player seeing (back track your footchases before calling 10-8!) THESE ITEMS ARE SMALL, YOU'RE THE POLICE, GET YOUR FLASH LIGHT OUT AND GO FIND IT! Heroin bags, illegal prescriptions, crack pipes, small stolen wallets, he will try to ditch things (SOMETIMES, NOT ALWAYS) Keep that in mind... collected evidence YIELDS POINTS! Sometimes you cannot take any legal action against the person if you didn't see anything. When you 10-8 from the call, you'll get a brief of how well you've done. You can arrest (detain the person) if you wish, however, if you decide not to charge them, releasing them will not count as a negative arrest.
Callouts are entirely way to straight forward so far, lets change that.
Future improve plans :
Implement a proper points system with Albo (and storing / protecting points)
Improve calling the registered owner mechanics / handling
Add ability to request K9 if subject dropped items / might have dropped items while fleeing
Improve brief screen on arrest (brain storming ideas still.)
Whatever else the community says that makes practical / logical police work sense to add into the callout. I already have additional callouts PLANNED however.

Dippa reacted to Thehurk for a file, 2013 Los Santos Police FPIIF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY DOWNLOADED THIS FILE, I HAVE ADDED THE MISSING FILE FOR THE LIGHTS!!!!
Since some people are still having issues with getting this vehicle to work. I've uploaded my personal
carvariations.meta HERE.
Secondary link if the first one doesn't work: here
MODEL OVERVIEW
=================================
- NAME: 2013 Los Santos Police Department Ford Police Interceptor
- VERSION: V1.0
- EXTRA PARTS: N/A
- OPTIMIZED FOR: ANY(acts like police3)
*********** IMPORTANT ***********
==================================
I HAVE INCLUDED A FILE TO MAKE THE LIGHTS FROM THE DEFAULT POLICE3 TO ACT LIKE THE POLICE.
IF YOU DO NOT ADD THIS FILE TO YOUR GAME, T H E C A R W I L L N O T W O R K AS
I DESIGNED IT TO!!!!!!!!!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
NOTES
=================================
-This car features two or three setups, depending on how you like your cars. I have designed
it to work as a marked vehicle and also as a slicktop. To change the vehicle from a marked vehicle
to a slicktop/ghosted vehicle, all you have to do is go and toggle the extras 2 for the inner bar,
and 3 for the outer lightbar.
-It also features two skins, one fully marked, and one ghosted. If you want an unmarked, all you have
to do is go into a photo editing program and delete everything off the skin, and add your own licence
plate.
-There has been alot of work put into this model, from merging the interior to numerious
bugs that we had during the creation of this model. There might be some small ones that
have gone un noticed, if you notice any, please, feel free to tell me about them.
-The lights on the vehicle were designed to be used with Radiance V. I used the bright setting to take the screenshots shown
-There are some small errors with the interior but i didn't mind them.
-This model was designed for its handling to act like the Police3.
-I have also included light textures to make the car Red & Blue or Blue and Blue, they are in
the extras folder.
-The model is a little on the higher poly side (130k+) but it shouldn't cause any issues.
-The templates are in the extras folder.
-This is the first vehicle I have released, and i'd like to give a huge shout out to all the people
who actually made this possible, from sitting up for hours with me helping my dumbass, to giving me
vehicles to fix because they are too lazy or just don't know how to fix it. You all know who you are,
so, Thank you.
-The file included in the extras folder to make the lights act differently is not made by me. I did not
get credits for whoever made the file and added the change to the vehicle.
DISCLAIMER
=================================
-You are not to attempt to modify or rip this model in any way shape or form.
-I (Thehurk) am not resposible for any damages done to your game. Please make a backup of any edited files!
-Do not attempt to make a profit off this model in any way shape or form.
-Do not re-upload this vehicle, please make a link
-Do not upload this file to any other site, claiming it as your own.
-If you want to use this file in a clan, PLEASE ask me before doing so.

Model NBC Chopper4
-
Dippa reacted to Albo1125 for a file, NewsHeliPursuitNewsHeliPursuit is a script modification that allows you to have a news helicopter follow your pursuits. After a certain time period (configurable in the INI file) a news helicopter is dispatched and will follow the pursuit you are engaged in.
NewsHeliPursuit allows you to customise the model and the livery of the helicopter that is dispatched to your pursuit in the INI file. The download contains a pre-built news helicopter livery that you can install. The default INI file is set to accommodate this by default.
Prefer a slightly more colourful news helicopter skin? Check out this texture by @koudai919!
Installation Instructions are provided in the readme. Requires RPH 0.36 or higher. Please read the credits for full acknowledgements.

Dippa reacted to Captain Peanut for a file, Vandalized Vehicles PackMissed the immersion from Liberty City that made the world more realistic? Look no further as that is exactly what I have been trying to accomplish with this mod. Various trucks and vans have now been bombed by some of the finest graffiti artists from Los Santos, Liberty City and the real world. Featuring pieces from graffiti legends such as JA, COPE2 and SEEN, but also graffiti from GTA IV and V. I have even painted with my own graffiti (SCOPE).
This is work in progress as I plan to bomb even more vehicles down the road, but I might also expand the project to more than just vehicles if I get the time :) Feedback is GREATLY appreciated and I am open for suggestions. Also feel free to contact me about any problems or issues you might be having with this mod.
