Ok well without being able to see logs or the inside of the game itself I'm flying blind unfortunately. Sometimes once I hear the symtoms I have a good idea of the issue but without anything to look at I will not be able to help. I want you to try this. You have a mods folder correct? If so, (I really reccomend you do if you don't) copy the common.rpf file from the main directory and put it in your mods folder. Also do these things: 1) Update your Gameconfig.xml (VERY Important) path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars 2) Update to the latest RageNativeUI: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases 3) Update the latest ScripthookV: https://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ 4) Update the ScripthookDotNet to the latest: https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases 5) Graphics driver make sure you have the latest. 6) Make sure if you have this that it is the latest Works VERY well with stopping crashes: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster 7) Another awesome file that should be added with the packfile-limit-adjuster to stop or decrease game error and crashes: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/cweaponinfoblob-limit-adjuster 7) If you have this in your game remove because it is broken. You would need to increase the numbers in the file for it to function: CScenarioPoint All of these updates are are vital. Ok, let's try this then, can you post a screen shot of your main directory, and plugins folder, (the LSPDFR folder). Alos I need a bit more information: when GTAV updated did you try to run it and it would not load? Or did the for GTAV happen and you put the new LSPDFR update in and rage would not load? Also did you use the auto install for LSPDFR or manual install? I want to gauge all that was updated. You also said, "The only method for the moment is deleting the ELS.asi to get the game to load". So did the game load, with the exception of the els.asi file, and now will not load at all?

What is happening? ELS is crashing or the game will not load? If the game itself is crashing please post your Ragehook.log and Scripthook log. Note: from just what you've mentioned it sound like it could be your antivirus. Open your antivirus and go to the exception location. Go to FILE in the location of your GTA directory and click on the ELS.asi file. reboot your pc and see if that fixed it if not please post logs as requested above.

Yes, ok it look like you are using a few resource intense plugins that might be pushing the limit of your rig. I use to have the issue where I couldn't have certain plugins all in my game at the same time because of resource depletion. Some plugins are coded better than others and may not "play well" with others. You might want to try different combinations of plugins, try not to play larger plugins together but rather run only one larger one and maybe 2 smaller ones. You can tell which ones run the heaviest on your rig because you experience fps drop and lag. You also are using a media plugin which uses a lot of resources. If you have any music mp3 files in the user music folder will also use memory in the game. Do you have any scripts in your script folder? often times once the game has runn smoothly a few times you are able to introduce a new plugin without issue. the more callouts you run at onetime the more unstable the scripts become if the demand can't be met to process them.

Ohh ok. From my experience the only thing that puts a limit like that on adding addition files or scripts could be memory related. If you use a good 'Gameconfig' file that helps a lot. Also when the game is running low on memory, scripts tend to crash much faster as the memory is not there to handle all the processes fast enough. Can you send a screen shot of your plugin folder with everything you currently are running please?

The changes are being done in your mods folder and not the main files correct? It sounds like the blood mod is the issue. If you reinstall a fresh copy of the mod and it still crashes the mod is no longer compatible with the update. You may have to check with the mod creator page and see if there was an updated offered. Also for future reference, this topic should have been in the LSPDFR support forum because this is the GTA V support forum 😉

What you fail to realise is that if I am taking the time to help HIM then your focus should have been on the person needing the help but instead you come on this thread with some slick remarks accusing me of "ignoring" the information in the log. Now it really do NOT matter what route I was taken or questions I was asking it I was providing the help NOT YOU. BUT if you was going to chime in your comment should have been directed to HIM. Not attacking me! We don't do that here when everybody offering help is VOLUNTEERING it to our fellow community members! I never ONCE disagreed with your recommendation, I do however take issue with how you gave it! If you are in need to be right about something at the expense of accusing me, someone you don't even know, of withholding information as if I had some type of malicious intent then I stand by what I said previously as well. Fix your attitude because I can promise you it won't last long here no matter how good your mods are! You keep stating YOU don't see why I asked him to temporarily remove the plugin because I don't owe you ANY explainations on how I was approching his issue to help! It's not about YOU and it was not about YOU then either.

See YOU are the reason LSPDFR is not like it use to be. I'm not new to this ok, I've been here since 2011. Don't lecture me on how to help someone on here. If you have all the answers ole wise one Obi-Wan Kenobi then you should have been here sooner and let the rest of use sit back while you save the day. Don't let one sucessful mod blow your head up sp much so that you think you can be rude and attack people who are stepping in to offer help. Leave that "bitch" attitude you have over your name at the door because you have the wrong one AND wrong attitude to only been here a year. Four things I want you to do. First check to see if you have the latest updated driver on your Graphics card. One was just released for NVIDIA ((Very important)). Secondly make a copy of the "common.rpf" file from your main directory and drop it in your "mods" folder, and lastly make sure you check your anti-virus to see if the new "RPH.exe" file is excluded If it is do it again with the new one in your main directory. Make sure you've updated the new RageNativeUI. https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases After you do those things let me know if you had any results.

Are you sure you are pressing "edit mode" first before draging and dropping or are you using the "+" button at the top?

Do this step by step. Open your main GTA directory and open OpenIV. In the directory you are going to delete the "OpenIV.asi" file. Then go to OpenIV and go to "Tools" at the top. Once in tools, go to "ASI MANAGER" and click on it. Press the "uninstall" on Asi Loader. Then Press the "Install" button on both. Once both are installed, close out everything and REBOOT YOUR PC. After reboot log back on game and see if they are working. Please come back and tell me what happen. It sounds like you did not put the xml file in the ELS folder that matches the police slot you are using. Every ELS made vehicle should come with a xml els file. If you do not have the xml file for the police slot you are using the lights will not work.

If you applied the gun sound mod in the sfx file it may be corrupt. just try to reinstall it and see if it works. The blood mod I'm thinking is a data mod that increased the blood on the visual.dat. Try to reinstall it as well and see if you get it to work. First we need to make sure your game is stable them you can build your mods back. That is a slow process sometimes because you need to be able to find what mods are no longer compatible as updates happen. Glad you got it up and running now! Also check to see if there are any updates for any of the plugins you are currently using.

Ok, remove all of the plugins in the LSPDFR folder then run it and tell me what happens.... If it work then add each plugin, one by one starting the game and going on duty. Repeat process everytime before adding the next. I have a feeling it is plugin related. According to your Ragehook log your Policetape mod is crashing. Try removing that first and then see if it will load correctly. For me it is also a good practice to load each plugin manually after the game and LSPDFR is fully loaded using the F4 console.

I believe route 13. The main hwy that you put two of those awesome traffic lights at?That entire hwy is just dark as can be at night. I think those street lamps on the traffic lights would be great all along both sides of the hwy! I love this mod by the way!

During pursuits you press "N" for the pursuit menu from LSPDFR and turn "Tactics" off when you do not want the AI police to try to pit the suspect. They will just chase the suspect according to your input on the menu.- 387 comments
