the cop is in the right for both actions... to my understanding the man was yelling at the cops and making an already tense situation worse (can be articulated as obstruction) and taser/mace don't do much against dogs they often get back up and keep on swinging... also posting this on a page with a load of "pro" police community members is like asking to get slapped in the face by a mans Johnson...

I am offering no support for this skin pack it is free to use and can be redistributed or edited as you please sorry for the lack of screen shots it's an old development and i don't have time to take more. The skins were made by request a few months ago and then they got dropped, They're based off new jersey state police and have markings on them (Supervisor cadet etc) if you have any questions regarding it feel free to ask but i will not provide model links. YOU MAY EDIT AND REDISTRIBUTE :D

the skin looks pretty simple to me Do you know what the logo on the front is?... also since u live in Kalamazoo what does the back look like i should be good with just a description

change it acording to how tinted you want the windows (note: it will not replace the colour it will place it over it so you need to remove the background before hand)
