F1, F2, etc. is never used. Are you sure you are using the latest copy?

Do you have any traffic mods installed? Something seems to delete your vehicles.

I'd suggest a complete reinstall of both, GTA and LCPDFR.

Use the manual installer.

Your audio folder is broken. Please re-install or copy the audio folder from the manual installation archive.

For some reason it is missing the latest AdvancedHook.dll. Reinstall or copy it from the manual installation archive to your root folder (where GTAIV.exe or EFLC.exe) is.

There are issues with the lightning modes for some users. We are working on a fix.

You are using an old version of AdvancedHook.dll. Please copy the latest one inside your GTA/EFLC root folder.

Known issue, fix is in development. As for the textures, LCPDFR 1.0 claims more resources, so maybe that's causing it.

First step would be posting the logs as stated in the sticky.

Well, the multiplayer itself is not really stable and scripting doesn't make it easier. LCPDFR comes with some memory fixes to enhance your MP experience, but not yet with full support. The square should only turn red when aimed at peds and is your marker where you can order your partner to go to (QuickActionMenu->Partner go to).

The faster loading is normal, LCPDFR makes the intros shorter. You gave the wrong log, please provide AdvancedHook.log and (if any) LCPDFR.log.

Might be the original GTA IV police computer causing troubles. Is it still unuseable after you have hit E a couple of times?
