I keep getting a red screen and also crash when i get in the police station. the start menu i get this red screen and says this application is not rated by NVIDIA Corp. what is this and what did i do? help please! I want to play gta iv!

Known issue, cop ped models have been modded. Restore the vanilla models or avoid the PD for now (type forceduty in console after you pressed ALT+P to immediately go on duty).
