Great, seemed to have helped! You now get the same issue some other users have with modded cop models, but you can avoid that by using the default models (found here: www.lcpdfr.com/topic/25727-lcpdfr-10-latest-update/).

Okay for your knowledge, it fails when accessing name of your OS, like Vista, 7 or 8. Can you run it as admin?

You're missing C++ runtimes as it can not even load ELS.asi (ASI loaded : C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVELS.asi, Address 0x00000000).

No idea why the ScriptHook won't load if you have the redists... Best way would be to remove all C++ redists from 2010 and 2012 and reinstall the two I linked (the x86).

Still using an old version of ScriptHookDotNet, use the one provided with LCPDFR.
