Yep, my CPU makes my game lagg a little bit (sometimes hard for 2 seconds) on highest settings even tho my graphics card should be powerful enough. But maybe GTA4 doesn't use it completely/correctly. I expected it to work with an ENB, but it doesn't. But as long as it works, it's fine for me. When I'm at home, I play GT4 with my tower anyways (but I don't understand why it works better with a worse graphics card, maybe the kickass processor handles it?).

Maybe some software is missing? I had that issue too, I tried installing all the required software but it didn't work. Maybe try the "All in one Runtimes Pack", it worked for me. It'll install a lot of stuff, you can also select what software you don't want to install. After that, it might work (it did for me).

Oh. Well, where can I see the statistics then? Edit: Nvm on my profile is something like Crime Statistics, but it's unavailable.

Will it automatically used when I link my account to the mod (with the diagnostics tool)? I've never entered it.

Hey guys! I've just found out that I can "generate" an API key to enable Crime Statistics. (https://www.lcpdfr.com/page/csapikeygen) Below the key, it says "Key has been used 93 times.". So.. is that something bad? Because it also says "Your unique online services key" and "This is a one-time personal key wich communicates your account details to LCPDFR Online Servies. Do not share it." I'm confused. <.<

Nevermind, I set the availablevidmem to 100 and it says that I can use ~2400 MB now. And I just reinstalled GTA4, uninstalled GFWL, installed the newer version of GFWL and patched GTA4 to 1.0.7.0. Works (kind of) fine now.

Well, I set "-availablevidmem" to 4, now it's 96MB instead of 48. o.o Edit: And it crashes when I loaded the game, wtf.. Hate Windows 8 >:(

Hey guys! I've just gotten my new laptop. I set up GTA4 like I have it on my desktop computer. I had to use a compatibility mode to get it running, it starts at least. But when I want to change my video options, it says that I only have 48MB VRAM. Well.. I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX850M in the laptop, so, 48MB... just... just can't be everything. It has 4GB actually. So, how to fix this issue?

Very nice addition to LCPDFR, but I don't understand two of the callouts: Homeless people harassing LTA passengers: Can't find any people causing trouble. Assist patrolman with a "man with a gun" call: When I arrive, I see a police car with 2 cops closeby and getting in. There's no suspect or something. I didn't get every callout so far, trying them out soon.

If the AI from the cops is brainfucked, the suspects can ambush them easily without a new callout. I responded to a drug deal with 3 people. One got shot instantly, one was in cover behind a corner and one surrendered. EVERY cop tried to arrest the surrendering one (NOoSE, fat cops, normal ones, ...). When he put the hands up, the guy from the corner showed himself and killed one cop after the other with his UZI like this: One cop walked up to the guy who surrendered, got shot, next one -> down, next 2 cops -> down and so on. Called a bunch of backup, everyone got shot. Sorry for shitty grammar if you didn't understand anything. ^^
