Hey guys! I imported some liveries for my police vehicles with OpenIV. But there are huge RAM issues after that. No textures loading and all that stuff. Also, I can spawn some of the police cars, but for the Patriot (Granger) the trainer says that it couldn't spawn the requested vehicle and I should check the model.. So, is there a software that's better than OpenIV for importing textures? Or with what settings should I import them with OIV?

Specs: -16 GB RAM -AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor (4 Ghz) -Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 Mods: -LCPDFR v1.0 (+every addon so far) -a police car pack (+ELS v8) -some civilian vehicles -Traffic Flow (edited version with 30 slots) -Traffic Spawner -SNT I had to reinstall windows to get GTA4 working again some weeks ago, something was missing/broken. But everything works perfectly now, not even one crash after 2 hours of playing LCPDFR. Also, I don't need to reinstall the game. I made a full backup directory, completely unmodified (except xliveless to try out a 100% savegame so I can enter the boroughs). And yes, it works with this directory.

Hey guys, I've been patrolling in Hove Beach/Broker/Dukes only because the game crashes when I enter any other "island". But I'm bored of the same place, I want to go to another one. I tried unlocking the map using the trainer, I tried a new savegame, I tried anything. Nothing helped. Is there a solution for this?

Hey guys! I use all the addons for LCPDFR and there's a command called "startcallout" (most of you should know about it). For example, I can type "startcallout svniko" to get the terrorism callout that's added by Supervillains. I tried some other callouts. "startcallout drugdeal" starts a drug deal, "startcallout shootout" starts a shots fired callout. So, does someone know more of these? For example for a stolen vehicle, armed robbery suspects etc.?

The cops in LC... I got 2 little stories: 1: There was a guy running away from the cops. He ran through whole Hove Beach. He pulled a gun after about 5 minutes and tried to shoot a civilian to still his car. He didn't hit the first bullet. A retarded cop hit him with about 100 km/h, in a very long drift. Well... I didn't find his body. :D 2: Same area, some situation. A suspect was running on foot, he got it by a cop car and got up again. The cops got out of the car and the suspect stole it. After he crashed, he got out trying to steal another car when some cops came again. He stole another police car, ran over two cops and got shot.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't it say in the readme that police cars that are added into the .ini will only spawn when I have a wanted level? I use traffic flow btw. and at the moment traffic spawner too.

I've tried to edit the cargrp.dat, it didn't help at all. Maybe I've done something wrong. However, I'm going to use the Traffic Spawner for the next time, I hope I'll find out some time. ^^

I used it before, the script crashes some times.

Hey guys, Do you know what file I have to modify to make NOOSE Cruisers drive around like a "normal" police duty (Police Cruiser, Police Patrol)? I've used the mod "Traffic Spawner" so far, but the script sometimes crashed, so there weren't any cars spawning anymore by this mod. I was wondering if it's possible to use the vehicles.dat or .ide for this. Thanks. ^^

Yes, I know. "You are modding a game that hates to be modded." And I also tried some other potential stable setups that I found somewhere else for myself, they weren't stable for me at all. I only want to give some little tips so people can try it out.

Hey guys! I had trouble with my GTA4 folders, because I had too many mods (I guess). I made some simple experiments: deleting and re-installing different mods. I found a pretty stable setup. Some people may not like it, however. Mods or files: -LCPDFR 1.0c + any addons you like -ELS v8 or v5/6 + any cars(s) that work(s) with the version you chose. You can use some more civilian cars too, but don't use too many. -Traffic Flow (edited version with 30 slots by PursuitGamer6 should work too) -a commandline that is good for you (I'll attach mine, but probably you have to change some values) -SNT -xliveless asiloader (I think it's more stable than dsound, but I'm not sure.) You can use any smaller mod like IVDashcam. Also, you can modify game files like weaponinfo.xml. Configurations: -Preload all Models = enabled, but you can keep it disabled if you don't want abandoned cop cars after pursuits (LCPDFR Diagnostics Tool) That's actually everything, I know it's not much, but it's the most stable setup I found. Important: Do not use a big ENB, it causes the most crashes (at least for me).

Nevermind, I downloaded a software pack with all x64 and x32 bit versions of Visual C++ Redist, works now.

Hey guys, I had to reinstall Windows to get my game to work again, but now I have the problem that the LCPDFR installer always says that the Visual C++ Redist 2012 wasn't found, but I already installed it. Yes, I tried the manual installation, but the .NET scripthook isn't even loaded, only SNT. Is there something that I could do?

I think you have to disable "Preload all models" with the diagnostics/configuration tool of LCPDFR, but I'm not sure. I'm having this issue since I've this enabled too, but it's still not too many cars for me.

Hey guys, I have made a new GTA4 folder with an ENB and ELS8 vehicles (and LCPDFR of course). It worked very well so far, completely stable. But since yesterday, it keeps crashing without any reason. When I walk out of my house, when I accept a callout, sometimes even after starting the game it crashes. It's like I have to make a new GTA4 folder and install the mods every week lol. Any solutions? Attached files, I don't know which ones are needed, so I attached every log I could find.
