Huh. It seems to me like such a vintage siren sound. Most of the "car chase" movies have this siren in it. It such an iconic sound. Funny if it's a composite siren and not a real one from Whelen or Federal Signal. It screams big block V8s and Mopar Muscle when I hear it haha.

Huh. Well I'm studying sound engineering (mostly recording bands, but I did do some classes on sound design and movie sound effects). I might have to give this a shot. Thanks!

Thanks! I like that little yelp, how you can hear it "scoop" to the pitch. Maybe someone will recognize the siren. If I knew how to make a HORNS thing, I would lol.

At 3:46 in the video, the Dodge Cornet pulling out of the station. What siren is it, and is there one available for download? btw, see this movie, it's the original "Gone in 60 Seconds". The acting is terrible, but it's got one of the best police chases in movie history. Plus it's real cops playing the officers in pursuit (with the exception of 1-Baker-11)

I know it's probably extremely hard to do, but it would be sweet for an unmarked car. I feel like that's missing. I'd probably drive that a ton in story mode.

New update: LvlCap has been very hard on Battlefield lately, with reason, it's still buggy and not very smooth, anyway, but he says that they've fixed what was plaguing BF from the getgo. Gives me a little hope. I'll still probably buy it when it comes out, I'm a big BF fan, and I can't wait for the E3 demo on the 9th.

I've noticed if I'm the white cop (one with the mustache as an option) when I'm playing LCPDFR, he'll say commands in Spanish sometimes. Not often though. I assume that because it uses the same speech dialog for all the cops (unless you use the trainer).

Well supposedly all the footage from the leaked gameplay is at least 6 months old, this could be old footage too. Who knows. It is scheduled for a Nov. release. Beta is coming to PS4 soon.

And this: Also: I am aware that there is an ELS Areodynic for the Caprice, but I'm not sure if it's unlocked, and Carface or Compeast also have non ELS versions. I'm requesting an ELS Areodynic on a 80s Caprice or Impala.

I do have to say, that siren is awful. Sounds like crying children to me. I hope they work on the siren and the look of the police cars. And I totally understand that this game is a beta. I'm still excited for it.
