    I'd say Los Santos County, since a lot of people do Blaine (myself included) and there's not a lot of good looking Los Santos County skins.

    I accidentally called it Gump-Underwood FPIU, but the skins to fit that car are in there. I'm not sure why your FPIS is like that though.

    I know that LSPDFR hogs FPS like nobody's business. I've got similar settings as jcpse, and I get 60 frames before kicking on FR and I get about 30-45 with it on. I think that's just the nature of the beast.
