    It's not a dumb question! This is only a re-texture for EUP, and are to be used with the EUP peds. Right now, there is no way of spawning other "multiplayer peds" like RDE does. This is primarily for the user to customize their look. I wish we could spawn the MP peds as cops.

    Ahhh. So it's like IV in the sense that it has to use the same slot as a car that had rotating lights. At least with V we can edit what slot that can be.

    I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but somethings weird with the CVPI w/Vector VCF. When I go to stage 3 the lights are all on, but don't rotate. I'm going to investigate the VCF and see if something can be changed there. Also, in your skin rar for SAHP, there is nothing in the Crown Victoria folder.

    If you need some more accurate Portland (or lore friendly alternatives) I can probably do the skins. I've got a template in photoshop of their colors and such. Can't wait for some more CVPIs. It seems everyone is obsessed with '15 Tahoes and '15 Chargers lately.

    Maybe have a limit of time? Like you can only upload 2 files per 4 or so hours? At least that gives it time to spread out downloads, so other files can be seen. And it also is a change that wouldn't affect normal users, but would affect those who are uploading lots of files at once.
