  1. Yeah, Buggs has a model with this lighbar. I meant that the CHP car looks a bit cartoony for me. I like having realistic cars for the most part.
  2. Yeah, I have it, it just looks a little "cartoony" for me.So there is no actual model with a Jetstream out there?
  3. Has anyone ever done an unmarked police car from the 70s/80s. I noticed CJ has an unmarked Caprice from the 90s, but that's all I've seen. I'd love to have a 80s Caprice or Ford LTD with this setup. Also, has anyone ever released a car with a Jetstream Lightbar like this? Or even that car? I've never seen it.

  7. It looks great! I'd love a Liberty City version for a charger and a cvpi!
  8. No way! I live in Oregon, and was a Cadet for the Yamhill Co. Sheriff office for a few years. Imagine that. Anyway, I disagree. My superior (who really was a cadet leader, in laymans terms, same age, just seniority) had his Jeep with Amber MX7000, a traffic advisory thing on the back and a PA system. That was the most we could do and I personally like it that way. We're learning, we're not the professionals yet. I'll be 100% honest, if I had the choice between a bunch of cadets coming to help (If I was in danger) and they would get there in 10 minutes, or Search and Rescue and the police in 30, I'd take the extra 20 minutes and wait for the real guys. We're kids, we're learning and kids make mistakes. I'm not going to let my mistake cost someone's life because I'm not trained like one of the employed officers. EDIT: After reading this whole conversation, we're all just stating our opinions, no need to get aggressive with any of us. But I agree with pretty much everyone else here, it's impractical and just dangerous to give these youth in training this kind of responsibility. I went through just about every piece of training you listed, and I still wouldn't trust myself or my fellow cadets (no offence to those hardworking guys) with something that could become that serious (fatality or otherwise). We're not really prepared for that sort.

  11. Thanks, I'll have to try that next time I have some time to play.
  12. WHERE did you get that siren!!? I want it! Anyway, So I drove to the Bohan station in an unmarked Challenger, but ended up picking a marked Taurus. I got an event to join a pursuit, so I did. This dude runs up to my parked Challenger and steals it!! It literally blew my mind and I was super sad I didn't have FRAPS on. I would've loved to catch the chase. Anyway, the suspect slammed into the wall and flipped shortly after. Here are two pics I just uploaded. EDIT: For some reason, my hyperlink wasn't working, so I just attached them.
  13. See, my arrow keys steer my car (I prefer W, A, S, D) but I can't find where to disable the arrow keys, so I never get to use it :(
