I guess you could do what stevetrackboyz55 did in some of his videos. He spawned 3 noose as bodyguards and then did a warrant kind of thing with the gta 4 vigilante missions. You can probably have a huge task force if you spawn multiple vehicles.

There's a mod out there that replaces almost everything in gta 4 to vice city. I think it's called Vice City Rage

Everything's lined up and its still doing the same thing, only the front right wheel is normal.

I didn't think I had to for each wheel because originally, the car's COLs were not lined up and worked in game. I only lined it up to the original wheel_lf

I tried to change wheels on cj24's cvpi but the wheels are messed up in game. They look fine in zmodeler and open iv but in game they're f'd up. +livery will randomize all 4 skins, if you take it away it will only use the first skin,I think. Also I'm not sure about the Area Livery Mod.
