But you're failing to understand that GTA IV PC is a bad port. It's always GOING to CRASH even the highest spec gaming pc in the world would still have crashes because of the bad port. It's also all about the modifications you install, like you know?

I also play GTA: San Andreas and I tried to start up the game. boom, insta crash.. haven't changed the game what so ever recently and haven't played it since EFLC stopped working... coincidence? i think not.

Hi there! So, I recently installed a large vehicle pack (Detroit Police Department) and it's the first time I have ever had that many vehicle mods installed. I went into the police department to get all set up and everything and it all ran smoothly through the ped selection & getting my partner until I went outside for the vehicle selection. I was going through the vehicle selector when I came across a model which I can only assume to be the Police Patriot and there was no model, what so ever. My ped was frozen - in an upright position - I couldn't navigate to another car with the LCPDFR sys' so I used trainer to spawn myself another cruiser, this didn't work and I was still frozen - so I paused the game and didn't go anywhere from the original pause menu (didn't try to save) and when I resumed the game all of the road textures and such were missing. However, that isn't my only problem - I am now unable to launch the LaunchEFLC.exe file in my EFLC directory and I haven't changed anything except for fixing up a few lines in my ELS.ini which I believed to be causing the issue, from the DPD pack, but that didn't help.. Yes, I have ran it as an administrator numerous times which doesn't help.There are not any 'errors' in the G17 Diagnostic Report; Yes, I have searched around on other websites for errors and such Here's the log file;

I'm interested in playing EFLC with someone else, it'd be awesome if you knew a bit about the game mechanics and such but it's not required for you to know everything. I'd also like someone who's semi serious and would actually drive RPly and stuff, I probably wouldn't use codes if it was just the two of us, but it'd be nice if there was a group. I'd like to get some more experience before I plan to start up creating my own LCPDFR EFLC Clan as there seems to be a shortage of them currently. Yeah.. it's really slanty here for some reason ;/ Look at my house! (Not actually my house) OT: Yes, I do save & rebuild when using SparkIV and it doesn't make a difference; I also don't believe it's the program I am using to install the mod's fault as I have used two of them and they're both behaving in the same way!

So, I'm not new to the internet and I have done a lot of research about my issue and I am still suffering this rather annoying and tedious problem. I've recently got back into LCPDFR on the EFLC DLC as it's less laggy on my computer - however, I have been unable to install any kind of modification into the cdimage files; I have tried installing weapon mods, car mods & ped mods, none of which worked. I'm always running SparkIV as an administrator and the problem seems to persist. I've also used MobileD2's Vehicle Mod Installer and it says that the modification has installed itself and everything was successful - but it wasn't?! I'm also wondering about if it's to do with the fact that my GTA IV will not launch, would it be stupid of me to think that it's an issue with that not being able to launch/the files being corrupt? To be honest, after reading that sentence back to myself it does seem that I have been a little stupid, perhaps. I'm not entirely sure and I don't wish to sit there for like 30 minutes restoring the GTA IV directory in order to fix it. Any help is appreciated.
