I love the fade in Vancouver has, and you replicated it really well with this skin! Amazing work, especially for a first! Personally, I'm glad you used this model, I'm not fan of the valor lightbar myself .- 4 comments

Perhaps you installed something like Radiance V?

I got it to work easily, just changed vehicles.meta and carvariations to work like police3. It didn't change how much the vehicle accelerated and the engine sound, but it worked like any other car.

set your Shaders and PostFX settings to High or above in the graphic options tab of your game

This topic has been asked and answered before on this site, search something like 'white lights' or something to find it. This is because in your settings I believe it's your Post FX and Shadows quality must be set at High or higher. EDIT: Shaders and Post FX, sorry.

Hey, whats up, I see you've found my post from a while back. I don't play GTA IV anymore and I've moved on to V, but if your interested in a skin for GTA IV I can recommend this one : It's a Canadian skin but the patches look nice and the gray was what I was looking for back then. Hope I helped!

I had this exact problem. Make sure you have Post FX set to Ultra, and I believe your graphics settings have to be high/very high as well.

It honestly all depends on how many applicants the jail gets and how many positions they have open. If you and John Doe apply, and you have relatively similar resumes/backgrounds but John Doe has post-secondary, John Doe is gonna get the job 9 times out of 10. I don't know where you live or how big your area is so in the end it's gonna be your call. In regards to policing 19 seems a bit young but I honestly have no idea about corrections in that regard. Go ahead and apply if you feel you're ready, it can't really hurt. Best of luck.
