The rockets in GTA V will auto-lock on to police. I'm not sure if they'll lock on to players as I don't play GTAO. This applies to both the Buzzard and the fighter jet. I don't believe the RPG has targeting capabilities.

If there's a readme it should say exactly what to do.

MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Discussion. As long as the actual EPM script isn't installed I don't believe there will be any issues but I can't guarantee it, since I've never used EPM before. Best plan is to remove the script, keep an EPM vehicle and see what happens.

Not very well at all. RAM is okay at 6GB but the mobile i3 and the integrated graphics will struggle hard with GTA IV, even on low. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to Computers and tech.
