Don't get me wrong, I love the Alderney State Troopers. But I love the LCPD officers much more. Anyways, I'm just adding some features from Saints Row 2, IE: Sergeant Patchs, Body Armour. -

GREAT NEWS GUYS! I was able to get rid of that bug with the armour on the cop. It wasn't a problem with the model its self at all. But I found out something new. Hopfully I'll get the LCPD officers ready release them with the state troopers. Any name suggestion? I want to release this seperate from my New Cops for GTA4 mod. Pictures btw:

Like, the first two shirt models start to load up the shirt textures for the jacket, rain coat, and the armoured shirt. I have no idea how to restrict it, I tried everything I can think off. So I gave up and waste an hour or more on it.

After alot of testing, and a waste of time, the game don't like this extra model. So sorry, no armour. :(

You can't really. The polcie vehicles will spawn everywhere. The skinny and fat lcpd officers spawn everywhere besides Alderney. And the state trooper only spawns in Alderney. You can change their locations if you want. But most you could do is swap lcpd with state trooper and crap.

This could be a computer problem, or a little glitch which happens time to time. Try pausing your game, then minimize it and bring it back up. If you are still missing shit, it's probably your computer.

From what I know, no. There isn't a mod like that. Your best chance is the Area Livery Mod.
