The bodyguards will only follow you in another car if your current car is full. Then the others should search for a car (not a cop car). You do need to enable "follow as driver." Just as a note, this feature doesn't always work like it should.

I still perfer SparkIV over OpenIV. It's something I'm use to using and find it faster to navigate my self through it. Yes, OpenIV has many more features, functions and what not. I just like how SparkIV is though. It always had this simple look to it. I always liked how in SparkIV, you can always import something in .img and kinda of preview it before saving it. OpenIV just auto saves it. I really don't like that.

Use Traffic Spawner. It spawns vehicles that will not normally drive around, like as in the added cop cars. Just make sure you add the added cop car model name into cargrp.dat in the cop spawning group. So Traffic Spawner doesn't have problems spawning cops in them. If you don't add the car name to the cop spawning group, then it will spawn civillians in the vehicle instead.

You need to redo the bump mapping. Or the normal_004 texture. I can see the old LCPD badge bent into the sholder there. -
@The Loot I'm going to talk to Callahan about his trooper textures and probably going to add it in as an option. Also, the pants bug is caused when the cop is force spawned. As in spawning a bodyguard ped or changing into the cop. Counts as force spawn. But natural spawn from the cops that patrol shouldn't have this problem. Just change your pants. I am trying my best to see if I can get this fix, so far, no fix in sight.

Would like to say, my mod is pretty much done. I just need to compile it into a public release and make a readme that will make since, or at least try to make a readme that makes since. :) Here's some pictures for you people. Still need to get some pictures of the TLAD version of my cops. :P

I tend to disagree. The main thing I believe, most games that are rather cilled out or w/e, don't make it onto consoles. Since there are alot of console gamers out there, game developers always try to aim at them for the money. Especially since programing on console is easier, as I've been told.

Learning something new is all about trial and error. Just remember, what ever you are going to fuck with, make a backup of it.

Anything that you do in the main directory (or the normal gta4 section) can and will effect the DLCs. So it's no suprise it worked.

R6V is fun, but it isn't much of a SWAT game. SWAT 4 is fun as hell, and I always go non-lethal.
