It would be awesome if there was a way to get the body armor cops to only show up at three or four wanted stars, to simulate officers putting on their body armor for an emergency tactical situation, i.e., a mass murderer or spree-shooter at large, etc.

Having an issue with missing parts of the cop model now. Bottom #2, I guess, is missing a large piece, Looks like the belt and accessories, and the utility pockets on the pants. Here's an image - it may have just been a fluke, since I can't get it to randomly appear when choosing a FR model again.

Also, I wonder if getting variations like this mod added would be possible, especially to the LCPD officers.

@The Loot, he stated that's a bug in readme file. Also, that mod you posted, Custo's models already have sergeant ranks on shirts and jackets.

Overall a good model except the little bug. I hope it'll get fixed soon.

@Eagle, thanks for pointing that out. I didn't notice the "(and known bugs)" in the credit text file so I was confused as to where it was in the readme, which was the other file.

As for the mod I linked, I was talking more about the shirt color variations, though I guess other than the white shirt (gotta have the chance to go Tony "Baloney" on some perps) there isn't much variation to NYPD shirts.

@The Loot I'm going to talk to Callahan about his trooper textures and probably going to add it in as an option.

Also, the pants bug is caused when the cop is force spawned. As in spawning a bodyguard ped or changing into the cop. Counts as force spawn. But natural spawn from the cops that patrol shouldn't have this problem. Just change your pants.

I am trying my best to see if I can get this fix, so far, no fix in sight.

I guess a dirty fix would be replacing the coat pants model with the normal one, but clipping would be an issue.
