A replacement of the mainmenu file in the LCPDFR folder.
  5. Yes the problem occurred when I installed it.
  6. Yeah but at the time LCPDFR wasn't running so it's something to do with ELS or something I don't really know.
  7. No other mods crash the game...
  8. No it works fine without any
  9. I installed correctly did all of the stuff it said. It's just when I go ingame and I spawn an ELS enabled vehicle it suddenly crashes with 'Grand Theft Auto IV has stopped working'. I absolutely have no Idea how this has happened since ELS V7 worked perfectly for me. My specs: AMD 5200 APU @ 2.00 GHZ Radeon HD 8400 8.GB DDR3 RAM 750 GB Hard Drive Yes it is a laptop
  10. i installed it did all the suff etc. But when I go in game and spawn a cop car via the trainer it suddenly crashes. Can someone explain this problem and tell me how to fix it? Please respond quick as I want to test out ELS.

This mod replaces the default computer background that comes with LCPDFR 1.0 I made this using Microsoft Paint (I know you'll be laughing your ass of hahaha). Using the default file as a template. Installation guide is inside the readme of the zip file. (It shouldn't be that hard to install really) Notes: This my first ever mod ever so don't be so judgmental
  13. Can I use the original handling line for this? The handling line feels uncontrollable and weird to me personally. Otherwise what an excellent mod Sgt. Kanyo
  14. Can you make an NYPD ESU one? This one is very accurate to the real life aspect. Definitely will be using it :)
  15. I have already removed the line itself and it still appears with the error. I'll try out NickieB's fix. But thanks guys appreciate the help.
  16. I installed a commandline the other day. I ran GTA IV and somewhere after the loading screen it crashes with this notification. It says RESC10 - FATAL ERROR - Ran out of video memory. please reboot. Is there a fix?
  17. Thanks for the commandline it works great and yes I understand that my PC is not powerful enough to run ENB's.
  18. This is probably a dumb question to do. I think I have an low or medium end laptop. But I hate when it lags and when the I turn down the graphic settings it looks like utter shit so I like it looking nice while having good performance. So can anyone make me a commandline? And help me with AA? Specs: AMD 5200 APU @ 2.00 GHZ with Radeon 8400 Graphics Ram: 8 GB Hard Drive: 750 GB OS: Windows 8.1 If the machine is powerful enough can someone recommend me a ENB?
  19. Thank you SharpCommand! Helped a lot! :)
  20. Hey guys I installed ELS V7 a few days ago but when I activate the siren the headlights turn on too. Which I don't want it to do. Is there any fix to this problem? Note: Modding GTA IV for 3 months now.
