Maybe try going to your directory and deleting Paul.dll, this essentially removes the social club login feature while still allowing you to access multiplayer. Not sure about the video editor though. This fix works for me and a bunch of my friends, but not everyone. Maybe make a backup of it just in case though. EDIT: Sorry Didn't read the entire post. If I find something else I'll let you know.

I'm not entirely sure if you understand the problem. I use OpenIV. You can't add vehicles any other way.

Information: After installing any added vehicle, the game closes without warning or error messages. Always on the third picture. This applies to any added vehicle. This problem has shown up recently. Running as administrator Running in compatibility mode Restoring backup and trying again Running game with no other mods installed Restarting computer Deleting all game files (including backups) and reinstalling the game. Nothing has worked so far. Other details: This problem started to happen recently. I've had a lot of experience in adding vehicles. Replacing vehicles always works without fault. No error messages or warnings, returns to desktop. Happens on all added vehicles. (not a model problem) I've looked for solutions on Google, but I can't find anything. Hello, my friend is wanting to play GTA IV on a PC that runs Windows 8.1, but is having problems starting the game. Upon starting the game, the RGSC window appears, then he clicks play/play offline. He then receives an error message saying 'SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]'.
