For me personally 0.95RC2 was always the more stable version. The current version is 1.0b. It is as well running quite stable but I'd say it depends on how good your PC actually is. I'm using 1.0b now and it has a lot of more opportunities (additional callouts) and features than 0.95RC2. But it's up to you.

About the CVPI: Personally, I'd leave away the little lights on the rear bumper. They look kinda wrong. Or maybe just reduce them to one on each rear side. Just a suggestion. It's up to you.

I don't know whether a function like I mean is implemented in GIMP because I use Paint.net but for me it always helped to manually resize the logos/badges. (So not just scaling them down with the mouse but defining the values manually) So they don't loose that much of sharpness and quality. Maybe this works for you as well.

Yes, the traffic accidents always resolve themselves and when I respond to the LTA offcers requesting assistance it always says that assistance is no longer needed. May need to fix this. Great work anyway!

I guess it's kind of like an additional spotlight which you can put on or off the car manually.

On the "functional" side of things, it is a quite nice idea - on the paper. But the way this lightbar is designed, it's horrible! I wonder if any PD in North America will ever use this lightbar... If the bike is ELS-enabled you should be able to add it to the "ELS.ini" in your GTA main directory. Then you can add the bike to the "lcpdfr.ini" and it should be selectable and the lights should work.

After you arrested him you can select the option to drive him to the station yourself. After that you don't put the suspect into your squad car but you aim at him and press "E" (or your default key) to release him. After that option selected the suspect walks away and you can return back to duty.
