  1. He said he has the newest version installed (assuming 1.0b). I remember that 1.0 (excluding 1.0a and 1.0b) had this bug. Since 1.0a it's been fixed.
  2. Do you have made backups of the files you replaced? If so, maybe use them to see whether this is a problem with the ped files or another problem.
  3. I don't really know what to think about this...
  4. There is actually a VA callout feature included in Wouter's Callouts (you can find the script >here) The problem is that this script only includes a collision with a pedestrian and not with other vehicles. I guess a collision with other vehicles would be pretty hard to script due to the fact that the vehicles have to looked damaged. (I don't know if this is possible to do with scripting) But it would be indeed a nice feature to see.
  5. Which version of LCPDFR do you have installed?
  6. Actually a really cool idea but I can only see bigger cities using this system. A problem could be if you miss a single thing as it is in real time it could screw up the whole idea behind the system. Just my opinion.
  7. That music just killed my brain. Nevermind. Actually good work on these cars. I suggest that some parts of textures should be fixed before release. BTW: Are the models created by you?
  8. Or in addition to the post above: This website: http://www.whatfontis.com/
  9. I guess we're just not yet ready for this kind of design. Interesting concept but I also think that this is definitely not the best truck which has been ever made (according to the outside). But the design is good for aerodynamics and fuel consumption. Let's see where that goes...
  10. Thanks a lot man. I just started creating my little "own" pack to use. Thanks for your help, much appreciated, but I'm good.
  11. No I haven't. Thanks for your suggestion but I was actually looking for this particular county. Nevermind. Thanks again though.
  12. I've seen one earlier this year in Berlin. I don't know who they were escorting though. Got a video of the escort but can't find it right now. There were about 15-20 cars involved. Very interesting to see...
  13. Hello you guys, I've just checked LCPDFR and YouTube for Broward County skins/vehicles etc. I found this video:
  14. http://gtasa.gamebanana.com/tools/5314 I don't know whether this is a legal upload of Zmodeler or not (if it isn't please remove it) but there you can find version 2.2.4 which should work with GTA IV files. (it does for me)
  15. '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Here you can find all unlocked parts, including lightbars and car models. I don't know if this list is still being updated, but it should give you a little bit of an orientation of what's available.
  16. I really like it! Love that ENB! Only a small thing I noticed is that you might brighten up your ELS lights a bit. They're kind of too dark in my opinon. (Just my humble opinion)
  17. That siren sounds a bit like somebody is just using a chainsaw
  18. The links don't work. EDIT: Nevermind, now they do I do like the model but not the skin. Anyway, good work on these Caprices. Even though I think that a nice slicktop Caprice / unmarked Caprice would be awesome to have ingame.
  19. I've been using http://www.jimdo.com/ multiple times. It's very, very easy to use and you can get really good and professional looking results. And of course, it's free.
  20. Nice video! Just a suggestion: Next time you should use a vehicle with a more detailed interior. Other than that, great job!
  21. Sir, you're asking others to respond respectful, and you don't. Back to topic: There is no release date being published yet and therefore nobody except the developers know when ELS 7.1 is coming out. So please stay patient, because so do we.
  22. It's Reagan's Theme by Rob Simonsen I guess you could just do that easily by yourself by editing the correct files.
  23. I remember a Québec city police pack on GPM I've been using for quite some time. This one had a Harley Davidson replacing pstockade if I recall correctly. You should just find a bikes' handling line (or paste an existing one) and vehicle line (for a bike they should be located a bit more in the lower section of the file) and replace a police cars' handling line (handling.dat) and vehicle line (vehicles.ide). Then it should actually work. Don't forget to back up your files! Good luck!
  24. There's a few ones out there. http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1804 http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/chevrolet-silverado-1500-unmarked-f16978 There used to be an unlocked Silverado though but I can't find it right now. If these ones shouldn't fit your wishes just google it and you'll find some more.
  25. I have Windows 7 HP on my desktop PC and my laptop runs Windows 8.1. Windows 7 is really a nice OS but I kind of like Windows 8(.1) a little bit more.
