Thank you so much. I did make an stupid decision however it was not intentionally shooting a minor in the back with a bb gun It was poor judgement. I didn't bother to check to see if the child was in the line of fire. I deserve forgiveness and my gun rights restored. Now I understand that a crime is a wrong against society at large according to my paralegal law books however I have paid this child's family more than enough I have cried, begged, pleaded, and done all I could to express gratitude if the child and the family can forgive then society should as well. Also The military wont accept felons anymore.

But I don't want to. This was my dream. I need to accomplish it I don't care if I am 90 years of age I will keep applying. I had two application from pardons and because I never received Jail time for it I qualify for a pardon.I will give the presidential pardon a shot as well as the governors pardon.

Hello everyone. So I found out that the Philadelphia police exam is now being offered. Yes I have a felony of unlawful assault on my record. I spoke with a police officer and he told me that the felony won't stop me from at least filling out the paper work, and taking the exam. However he cannot promise me I will get the job. So I am hoping that God actually guides me to success I will still take the exam and try to fulfill my destiny even with a felony on my record. Who knows maybe I may be the first to actually defy the odds Huh? :) Your thoughts.

He took this as an insult and got real angry with me. shortly after he then tried the same night to force himself on me even in front of my wife. One day after wanting to scream at him for his actions I simply told him this "If you want us to respect your sexuality learn to have respect for ours". What the churches wan't has nothing to do with whats written in the bible. Like we have officers that defend the law written. Its not about what officer want to do but rather what they have to do. Churches may want to allow them to marry on a personal note however, they must defend whats written or that makes them hypocrites. Biology and homosexuality don't go in the same sentence. Biology is natural homosexuality is a personal preferences that must be respected however is not natural. If homosexuals couples can't naturally reproduce, what that does this tell you? wow heart felt I honestly believe it was an act of God why I never became a police officer. I could never killed anyone. And I'd probably had of been fatally hurt. I feel bad for both the person who lost their life and the police officer. What a tough decision. This war has to end.
