Organizing a militia doesn't mean I have to have a gun. The president is commander in Chief of The Armed forces, and he doesn't carry a gun. The militia I am organizing Will be strictly lawful. They will have custom badges, shoulder mics, and uniforms made to help keep the community safe. Cops can't be there all the time right. So we will stand our ground much like Florida. In case of the badges and shoulder Mic I was told told as long as the badges didn't say police officer and we weren't using the shoulder mic to evade police duties then we were fine.

So today I organized a plan. I set up a table outside in the ghetto's of north Philadelphia with applications for concealed carry and 20 dollar money orders to pay for the service. the purpose of my organization is to encourage black men and women to arm themselves legally. Typically young black individuals ages 18 to 21. My purpose is not to create static but rather encourage them to arm themselves in accordance to law and follow it properly. I managed to get 40 Applications in and paid for. I will be following up with them. The money comes out of my own account as I feel I am servicing the black community and educating them by doing so. I am so proud of myself and tomorrow I plan to continue this service until I have well over 2,000 African American Men and Women. Then I can take my services state wide. In other words Although I am a felon doesn't mean I can't establish a well regulated militia. Right. Your thoughts yea or nay ?

You don't need a big computer I am using an hp 2000 laptop amd radeon 300 with 2gb ram

Hello Everyone so I was playing around with shaders from enbs and I found out how to get wonderful graphics without enbs and even boost fps and stabilize the game. Step1: Download this enb: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/simple-enb-for-natural-and-realistic-lighting-f20765 Step2: Take only the shaders and replace these with the original shaders. REMEMBER TO BACKUP ORIGINAL. Step 3 copy the visualsettings as well. or vegetation (your choice) Step4: Enjoy I had to edit the visual settings to make my lights a bit brighter but once you have done this eveyrthing is perfect. try it and let me know how it turned out. You can't use the entire enb because it has only been programmed for version 1.0.4.0 However you can use shaders and visual settings.

where in the law books does it say simply wearing a badge counts as impersonation?

while understand all of your opinion, even the insults I of course know I will be given, Its not fair for people to sell things expecting customer to buy it and then forced to be arrested for purchasing it. Impersonating a police officer is not wearing a police hat or badge, but rather enforcing law without proper certification. that's like you having the right to concealed carry or open carry a pistol in a holster and then charge you impersonating a cop for having a glaco police holster. You can't unless you carried it to the point acting like one. I was simply buying a drink and then walked out the store and boom their was the unmarked crown vic.

So I ust got back visiting my hometown NYC . When I was stop by a plain clothes cop. who noticed I was wearing a detective badge on my neck that I purchased at www.badge-police.eu these badges are authentic replicas which should be perfectly legal. He stopped asked me for my id and why I was wearing a badge if I was not an officer I told him I wear for the heck of it and it was a replica I collected. After spending over 40 mins detained in his unmarked vehicle he then decided that he was going to confiscate my badge and let me off with a warning. Telling me he could get me on charges of impersonating an officer. Mind you I had no gun, or any other police items and was not pulling people over or trying to stop crime is this right or fair?

I really like this. However I might get to excited and start my own police force knowing me :) lol

As you can tell the media couldn't go into much detail as the state had to go by what they knew. It was 3 P.M. Friday I had just gotten off of work and was tired as heck. I went to take a shower and get out of my work clothes, I noticed the young boy in my room standing on a chair, and reaching on the top of a dresser and ask him what he doing and he told me I was getting that gun. I told him not to touch it and to please excuse himself from the room. He did so. After this I went into the living room to get something to eat and Headed back to my room. the child was back in the room and this time had the daisy model air soft pistol in his hand. I kindly asked him to give it too me and he did. I noticed that the gun was out of safety mod and very cold from the CO2 Leaking gas slowly. I called my wife to tel the child to please explain to his mother about this, and while facing the gun I placed it in safety sitting on my bed and checked the trigger and boom the gun exploded the child hit the ground and started to yell. I grabbed the child got a cold cloth and placed on to his back and checked for bb inside his back. There weren't any. I carried him to his mom and she told me not to panic as I started to panic really bad. His dad told me its OK man I know you didn't it do it personally and we are just going to take him to a doctor. After he they returned they called me up to their home a told me that officer kirkpatrick wanted to speak with me about the incident and would be arriving at 6 P.M. Waiting and waiting until they arrived nervous as can be I decided to get ready for bed(had work the next day) thinking that they were not going to show up. They ended up showing up at 12 midnight Telling me that the attorney prosecutor wanted me arrested for child abuse resulting in injury. They didn't place me in cuffs saying that I was more than cooperative read me my rights and officer Mike Posey the assistant officer placed me in the passenger side of his cruiser. I spent a day in a holding cell and got a date for magistrate court where they found me not guilty of child abuse stating that I wasn't some kid with a history of shooting children and I wasn't a legal guardian. On the witness stand the mother told the court Magistrate moody that she don't believe that I intentionally shot her son with a BB pistol. Officer kirkpatrick became outraged almost was held in contempt of court for pointing the gun at the magistrate ( I am guessing not intentionally) He also used a different gun during the explanation stating trying to prove that the gun could only shoot one bb at a time, (Later an expert was called in proving him to be entirely false). After I won the original case I was re indited on 3 counts of malicious wounding where I plead guilty to. I received no jail time got the charged dropped down to 1 count of unlawful assault. I only got probation for 5 year 995 dollars in fines in which I paid off that same month. and got off of probation on good behavior in two years. In the process my police exam was cancled, I lost my job ( got another one however went from being a well fare working to working at Wendy's.) This is my story, feel free to ask questions. Kyre"
