Unit 669 was on patrol at The Triangle when a CityWide Broadcast reported there was shots fired at LCPD HQ (San Juan Station), 669 was the closest unit to HQ and responded Code 3, when 669 arrived on scene, there were traffic cops testing out their new standard issued weapons. -

In PHelper (Hopefully you have the latest version) go to options, and look for something like ,freeze game when PHleper open, and turn it off
