Wichita PD Detective Conrad Roy was arrested last night in the rape/murder of Susan Keif, Keif was walking in Alderney when Roy pulled her into his car, and raped her, shot her in the head and dumped her in a ally, Wichita PD Spokesman Ryan Rudzikewycz said in a press conference that a City camera in the ally saw Roy dump her in the ally, Roy will most likely get the death penalty or life in prison. -
