Here is another Christmas gift you guys. Another Whelen Dev part, this time the Avengers. This has both the single and the dual. Both have nice high quality textures and look great. Hope all you guys and gals love this. 
 
Also keep an eye out for my next release, A Whelen 500 series led with alot of extra's 
 
This is a development model, not a finished model, this is intended for developers.
Please do not download if you're new or have no idea how to use Zmod.
Can be converted to other games but credit must be given and ask first. 
Feel free to convert to the Avenger II, but again if used make sure to give credits
Should work with both ELS and Non-ELS
 
 
Note that this is gen 1 model of the Avenger, not the avenger II

This is the first time Georgia is getting some love from me and a closer pack for this year. I do have in mind to add  a couple more cars to the pack.

My second EUP Release, First thing I'm gonna say is that it's not perfect by any means. There's some colours off on some uniforms but I wanted to get this out to everyone as fast as I could, Gonna work on fixing them so don't worry. I tried my best to base this on Upper Macungie Township Police Department but I had to change some things because of GTA 5 limitations of course. Keep in mind this pack is fully compatible with my BCSO Uniforms and Glove Textures so you can have all of my three retextures at the same time if you want to.

Los Santos Regional Police Pack [ELS]

Information:
Well, retirement didn't turn out for what it was gunna be. Plus, I made some personal packs and felt selfish that the community couldn't enjoy them too. So here you are, the first pack post-retirement. It's getting cold and snowy, so as always I turn to the friendly neighbours north of the US, CANADA! This pack is loosely based off Halton PD, and I've tried to make similar lights to the ones I've seen from pictures (Thank you NBKPhotography on Flickr!). Also, this should be the last pack using the kinda poor FPIU 2013 base, I have a different one know to use. So enjoy this pack in the snowy (or not) climates of San Andreas this winter.
