No.The model by Casey,originally,is 12-14 MB.I can accept at most 4-5 MB for this big vehicle for first attempt,but this is way too much.Thats why I never allowed the original NYPD Escape Hybrid in-game.I wanted a Traffic Control Unit so bad,and Escape was indeed a good option.But because of this drawback,I approved Yak's GMC Yukon for that purpose. -
Yeah thats one hel of a heavy file.I wanted it but seeing THAT big size,I refrained from using it.Its just too much.Unimaginably large file size.

I was tracking its progress constantly.But as promised,GPM went offline yesternight.I was away sleeping.Missed it. BTW,does that Escape cause taxi bug? Its size is too large.

No.You can name it "this skin won't work" and it will still work in-game.Just open your vehicles.img with your Spark IV and open the Charger's .wtd to get the list of textures opened up before you.Then,select the skins (textures with a 2048x2048 res.) and import your skin over it."Save and Close","Rebuild" and "Save".Done.

HAZMAT SWAT makeover Hello,all.I was just reassigning police vehicles to my Police Force and after a long debate with myself,I approved Luxart's HAZMAT truck for NOoSE (SWAT) team in my Liberty City.The stock liveries looked cool,except the one dedicated to FDLC.SWAT and FDLC don't have much in common,so this pointless livery had to be replaced.I haven't design a livery in a long time,so I decided to make it myself.I uploaded a pic at the gallery and seems like some were interested so I thought I should release it for those who want.It was for my own personal use (as always),but if people are interested,I don't see a point why I shouldn't upload it. Yup,I got it to work with no problems.Actually LCPD:FR is meant to be played on EFLC,as the devs themselves test it and play on EFLC.It IS developed for EFLC,originally.

An FCV decorated with practically everything Bugz could find lol.I'm using it as well and I love it.I wonder why he didn't add a second lightbar,accompanying the first,to it as well. JK I love it.

Oh,I see.BTW,I hate them because since my childhood,I've seen only those on our police cars.I was so relieved to see those ones replaced with streethawk type lightbars when I became 15.Last month they bought something similar to slightly flattened Aerodynics.

Keep up the good work,Corleone.As a fictional Mayor of my fictional Liberty City,I have set the standards of Police and Emergency units same as the real life NYPD,so I can't really allow your European vehicle mods in LC,but I'm here just to say that your work has been one of the best ones I have seen thus far.I have a great respect for you as a modder.Again,I'd like to say,your efforts are really worth our admiration.Nice work! Keep it up.
