GTA4 is open world gameplay, so as obvious, its fit for all (18+) and doesn't matter what job one does, IRL. Since we all go out in the world everyday and IV simulates almost every aspect of it.

Its a FedSig StreetHawk. However, I understand Excalibur, StreetHawk and MX7000 are kins and closely resemble each-other. Plus, I don't see the dirt-map in .wtd still. I'm suspicious it'd be having any proper dirt in-game just like before. Will install the model when I get time.

Yeah I've seen several guys uploading textures for it on GTA4Mods.com, but since its really pointless because its gonna be the same vehicle, plus its not sensible to upload the w.ft and .wtd without permission from the author just for uploading textures, I didn't paid attention to them. Lol even lightbars look similar. I guessed it MTA because you were using the model with those hubcaps. It added to the "MTA look" since I guess they, not HPD, use them hubcaps.

Well, the version I have has no dirt map at all. It just becomes brown replacing the livery.
