Reason why i didn't type it because you didn't give detail (example) on what it dose but now you only just told me which was to late because am back on windows 10 again whatever you reading on the net is aload of crap. it was a virus that came from my format and didn't get deleted & for some reason it was messing up with some programs still am unsure on what it was might have been a keylogger no idea. Anyways thanks for the help at least your the only person helping me out

As i had that issue i upgraded to windows 10 as that was the only way to fix the issue, i didn't do the command prompt because that was risky.
