As many others have said, this is nowhere close to an actual NYSP car. Also, the FHP skin you put the seal on isn't even yours. Sorry, but 1/5.

.dds files are textures for the car, they're a HQ image used for making textures mostly. We would need the actual 3d model of the vehicle to convert it.
