Adapter RAM 1.77 GB (1,895,972,864 bytes) - Just as I suspected, you do not have sufficient RAM. I am assuming all of your hardware is integrated from the company that you purchased it from, correct? Your PC does not meet the minimum requirements.

KJames, Maneuver through the Graphic Options with your arrow keys. Press enter to go into the Graphics Area (You should know). Press right on your arrow key to increase resolution, left to decrease. Once you are at the Resolution that you are comfortable with, press "Space" to confirm your changes (Applies them). Depending on the adjustment you make in your Graphics Menu it should quickly 'minimize' your GTA:IV and then it should maximize again. Once you do that, you should be running at the selected resolution. How ever, as I said - I believe, according to the above video that the problem does not solely lie in the Resolution. ___ Can you please post your computer specifications? Thank you.

When you are in your Graphics Options you should press "Space" to confirm I believe it is. The above video does not imply a resolution problem, but a memory problem. Correct?

Cj, Your guess is 120 times better then mine, sir. I have no clue about lightbars. I just know what they look like, LOL!

What about something like this, but with a push bar? It is basically just like that on the other side, on the trunk that is facing out (The curve of it.. not sure the technical name..) on the right portion is the unit number, and behind the lightbar is the unit number as well.

It says it in the comment section ;) Type in "PPM" in the on board MDC and you'll activate "Riot" mode. It basically makes almost everyone in the city go ape with RPGs, Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles, etc, etc. They are all out to get you.

Harper, I have tried it on TBoGT and it has worked. Note: There are some problems with it though, for instance my game at 23:00 is way to dark. EDIT2: I love this picture:

It'll be kind of bright during the daytime right now, I believe you have 1.0? I'm not sure what has or hasn't been adjusted since 1.1 (BETA), but I think you might be able to adjust your Contrast as well. It'll be the brightest at noon.

Have you uninstalled ELS and ran it to see if it works? If you have, does it work again once you re-install it (and start the game as administrator from "LaunchGTAIV.exe" (If that is the right name.).??
