The reason why the Firefighters in GTA:IV are not using their "SCBA" Tank is because it is simply not required. The most you'll ever see an Engine is at a station or when you call 911 itself, and even then they don't have to leave the vehicle to put it out. The "SCBA" is used when the FF has to enter or be near smoke. In GTA:IV they simply do not need to... Even if you mod the suit, you still won't need it... The "SCBA" isn't used often at MVAs unless Fire is involved.

RK, Respect does have to be earned yes, but that does not mean you can't act respectful. Whether or not you respect the person, you should still show some. Best way to get it back.. Show respect first, they'll show respect.. sooner or later you both will truly respect each other.. But when someone comes in blasting a horn talking down on people that is when all hail goes loose... "Treat others how you wish to be treated" - This doesn't take into account of respect. If you wish to be treated nice, treat others nicely and they will do the same to you.

"My anger is reasonable" - Actually it isn't. LCPD:FR is an ongoing modification to GTA:IV and as such is released for free. You downloaded 0.95 RC1 which stands for "Release Candidate" which is a PUBLIC TESTING version. You obviously seem to forget that. No matter how "angry" you get, you should be able to handle yourself correctly.. My good sir, would you walk up to your boss in the real world and go "What a morons".. "Your stupid fag."... No you wouldn't, would you? Then why would you do something like that over the internet to someone who spends his free time working on a FREE mod for a game so you can enjoy it?

I hope that Sniper finishes his soon, would really like to use something updated.

Those are not mods that you can get here at LCPD:FR. This website is for, as you can kind of get: LCPD:FR developed by G17 Media.

I'd think they would have it on both, not sure. I wouldn't really worry that much about that bit though, if it looks good on both, use it on both ;). EDIT: It looks like they only have it on their left sleeve.

Truthfully, to the both of you: Thank you for confirming what I had thought. I do not like the way my game is, but in order to have the lights reflect good, that is what I have to use. I might do re-do Episode 5 before I put it out and take out the "ENB ELS" I have..Thanks guys!

Aim at him and hit "E" I had to spam it (usually I do) for it to be accounted. If it don't work without weapons pull out your baton and do the same thing. Be sure you are next to the perp you are trying to arrest.
