hey everyone, been looking at pictures lately and I've noticed certain pictures in which there are TONS of criminals on the streets!

is this hardcore or something else? (I think someone had mentioned something about typing 'ppm' into the computer?)

Type in "PPM" in the on board MDC and you'll activate "Riot" mode. It basically makes almost everyone in the city go ape with RPGs, Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles, etc, etc. They are all out to get you.
