You have to modify the vehicles.ide to have the line "+livery". It is in the folder "VEHICLES.IDE", that is an already modified vehicles.ide, lol. When you go to select it in game, you have to keep switching back and forth until you get the right color you want. It has White, White Dirty, Grey, Grey Sheriffs. Hope it helps.

I know its dark but thought I would share this. I have FPS issues at night, and it is synched to my time zone so it wasn't going to change at all (the darkness). I'll do one later today with better graphics and hopefully better frames.. What would you guys think about me doing a video showing LCPD:FR in a serious environment? I seemed to have fixed the issue, my vehicles.img was corrupted as Interference has said.. I how ever keep crashing when I exit the game (Go figure.. XD).. Wonder what is up with that..

Hmm, I did recently change a few car textures VIA Spark IV... Would it fix if I put the mod back in and put in my original vehicles.img? Or was the mod what corrupted it, including my texture change?

Hey Sniper, How much would this effect memory loads? Would it strain at all if I used it for the State Trooper only, or would it be fine if I have it for most/all cops?

Hey Interference, can you give me a link to your Realistic Handling mod? I recently got one which made all of the cars not spawn, so I can't use anything.. Maybe if I put in a working mod it will fix it..

I am using the Traffic Flow V5 mod and recently tried to install the Realistic Driving and Flying Mod 2.7, and I accidently installed the "Optional" modifications which make certain cars spawn.. I backed everything up, but when I put in the backup files it does not spawn the cars... Does anyone know why? By "my" I mean ALL Cars.. Liberty City is now a ghost town of cars, just people ... OH NO ITS I AM LEGEND ALL OVER AGAIN! (( Sorry had to throw in a joke )) I am running GTA IV 1.0.7.0 (Or is it 1.7.0?).. Which ever is suggested for LCPD:FR. I recently upped by Radiance Mod to "Very Bright" instead of "Bright" in hopes that it makes the lights flash a lot brighter and more realistic.. I wanted to also figure out a way to make the lighting seem more real, without using the ENB mods.. Can anyone help me? What should I do other then "reinstall".. Any hopes? This is the files that I had to back up: filelist.pak (Required to install) handling.dat (Required) cargrp.dat (Optional) vehicles.ide (Optional) WeaponInfo.xml (Optional) I installed all of those, but then I backed up my original cargrp, vehicles, and WeaponInfo but it still didn't work, so I put my original handling and filelist back.. but still no luck.. I was extremely tired when doing this at 3 AM so I didn't post for help as I just went to bed...

Could you also help me with that flashlight mod? I found one but it supposedly makes your gun go invisible and I don't want that... Those are awesome mods!

Hey Interference, I just tried the SUV and the paintjob won't load, I can't even find the texture file in the original SUV files.. Also, if you can do you think you could fix the license plate to say State Police instead of Sheriffs ?

As Brave said, this MDC system does not actually "integrate" into the game. When you accept a 911 call VIA "Outstanding Calls" you would go to your in game map and find the location, mark it and respond how you would respond in real life, IE: CODE 3, CODE 2, CODE 1. Once you arrive at the scene depending on the call you can find the individual that matches (if any) the description in the original call. You would then go "Generate" the person VIA the site. The person's information that the CrimeGen MDC creates would be the name, DOB and Address of that person. You would then search the suspect(s) up in the "Persons Check" and then go from there. If you have any direct questions about how to "use" or "operate" the MDC, let me know I'd love to help you out. EDIT: Also, that is just how I do it, you don't actually have to go how they would in real life. You can do what you want how you want, you aren't bound by regulations ;)
