Could you also help me with that flashlight mod? I found one but it supposedly makes your gun go invisible and I don't want that... Those are awesome mods!

The link you gave is the right mod, NBvideogame Vids modified the trousers for him self (says in description)

Can someone help me make a version like that but with long silver reflective stripes on the right side of his trousers and left side of his trousers.
