Yeah this time I made a backup of the game before modding, but all I needed to do was to revert the GTA update.

Just did a full reinstall for IV, and it is still messed up...

I've only had the same scripts/plugins for the past few months with no issues. I swap vanilla non ELS cars with ELS cars often, so that might be the issue. However I did notice that after I installed a siren mod, my game started acting weird.

So this issue just started this morning. I launch GTA via the launchgtaiv.exe in the file directory, and I've never had issues with it. Today, my game would either not load past the start music, sometimes it wouldn't do anything after seeing the main menu, other times it would crash outright. The biggest and most annoying issue is when the music plays, and then it black screens for what seems like forever, without doing anything else. But the few times that my game would start, if I tab out after pausing, my monitor would show the taskbar, but other than that it would be all black. In Task Manager, it would say that IV is "not responding", and that would also happen every time it wouldn't load past the start music/main menu. I just want to patrol Liberty City. If anyone can help it would be very very appreciated.

I can't launch the game now. Amazing. 5,128 hours played, and it worked fine. Now it's fucked.

Because they have really good mental health facilities and tests in Germany... In the US, we have a lot of psycho's here, and the government's job looking for them don't do as good of a job as every where else.

I mean i understand where you're coming from, but who was the guy who shot them? A criminal. They don't care about laws. People don't understand that...

I mean I understand how Russia is as far as a military, but didn't everyone think that Russia would bring an end to ISIS? I'm not trying to start an argument, but I don't think that North Korea should be messed with.

I mean I understand why pit bulls as police dogs are a bad idea, but seriously... You don't need to show videos of dogs getting shot. That is not okay.

I'm not judging it because of the looks, but everything that a police car needs that Tesla's don't have.

That is one of the ugliest police cars I've ever seen... I don't thing it was a good purchase on their behalf.

Not trying to be racist at all, but if the shooter was white, everyone would be talking about gun control and stating how easy it was for him to get a gun. But since he was black, I don't think many people are gonna be talking about that. It pisses me off that everyone thinks only white people murder...
