ELS lights car
There are several ways to change this, however. You can try installing an ENB if your computer is high-end, or use a timecycle mod (such as RealityIV or Realistic Time Cycle) to achieve dramatically better looking visuals.

Weird error
Like the error says, you have a corrupt .dll file. Although it is difficult to tell which .dll from your pictures, it probably can be repaired by reinstalling the following: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012, DirectX 9

ELS quiestion
If you want ELS to behave like GTA IV's regular siren, you can press RCtrl+Backspace to enable "ELS Express Mode". In this mode, it is identical to the regular GTA IV siren except for the diffrent lights.

GTA 4 CRASH ELS V8
Try the steps outlined here: https://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/solving-els-v80-crashes-r112 That works because it overwrites ELS's AdvanedHook with LCPD:FR's advancedhook, so you don't need to reinstall LCPD:FR. Just use LCPD:FR's advancedhook.

I broke my GTA
There are several possible problems: 1.) Advancedhook.dll is invalid; Try changing with the Advancedhook with both what is included with LCPD:FR and ELS. 2.) Advancedhookinit.asi is incompatible, just delete and install LCPD:FR taser's manually. 3.) ELS is not working correctly with GTA IV, see https://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/solving-els-v80-crashes-r112 for more details.

Why am I still crashing
-GTA IV is actually a very demanding game, and is not well designed. Because of this, your graphics card isn't ideal for running GTA IV on maximum settings. However, there are a few things you can do to make GTA IV run better, outlined below. -What is giving you the error message? GTA IV? Steam? -"Downgrading" from LCPD:FR 1.0d to 1.0c won't help performance, it will just be more unstable. 1.) Commandline Create a new text file titled "commandline.txt", and paste this inside: -nomemrestrict -norestrictions -novblank This may help or hurt your performance, it varies from each computer 2.) Large Address Aware Please see '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> for more details. 3.) Eliminate "Bloatware" Use taskmgr.exe to eliminate any running applications from using too much of resources

Can you disable steady burn lights without zmoddler?
ELS operates based off of the names of the textures. So, the flash pattern would have to be configured to whatever zone your desired light is in. So, if your light was extra_1, you would use a steady burn pattern for LSTG_3.

LCPDFR Mod Pack Will Not Install
There is a chance that your "modification pack" is malware or just not functional in the first place. It's best to download each modification individually from it's official source, and install accordingly. What says "file corrupt"? The game? An application? Please elaborate. Also, please try the standard instructions listed below: Make sure you aren't using a crack Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Post your system specifications. Post what other mods you are using. This includes car and script mods.

Ugh... LCPDFR ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM >:(
I think that there is either a problem with LCPDFR.ini, or that ELS is causing your game to crash. See this guide (https://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/solving-els-v80-crashes-r112) for more details. As for ranks, they are based off of how many posts you make.

How do I add more custom cars, that is not in the list?
Actually, it's easy to add more vehicles. 1.) Locate files The files needed to be modified are inside the GTA IV directory, under the common and pc folder. 2.) Edit vehicles.ide Copy the line of the vehicle closest to the one you are adding. For instance, if you are adding a second police car, copy the entire line beginning with "police,". Or, if you are adding a van, copy the line beginning with "burrito,". Then change the first two lowercase names with the names of your model (.wtf) and texture (.wtd) files. To change the handling of your car to an already existing car, change the first vehicle name in capitals to the desired car handling id. However, if you want to add your own handling, change the name to something different. It does not matter what you change it to, but it is recommended for the name to be the same as the model and texture files for the sake of organization. 3.) Handling Skip this step if you have chosen an already existing vehicle's handling. It can be difficult to create your own line from scratch, so it's best to find one online. Some vehicle models come with their own handling lines. To input your new handling line, begin the line with the same name as the name specified in vehicles.ide inside handling.dat 4.) Car Colors Inside carcols.dat, add your vehicle model name using the index at the top of the document to determine the desired color. 5.) Car Group Place your vehicle model name in the desired group, to stop it from spawing in the incorrect location. 6.) Car Model Use a .ide editor like SparkIV or OpenIV to add the model and texture files to vehicles.img.

LCPD Traffic Stops is broke!
VDH Policehelper is only supported by LCPD:FR .95, not 1.0. A reckless driver created by PoliceHelper will perform the "pulling over" animation, but will resume to driving after LCPD:FR has executed it's task. To solve your problem, you need to disable reckless drivers in VDH PoliceHelper and rely on LCPD:FR's own reckless drivers. You can configure this in the configuration files of both LCPD:FR and PoliceHelper.

In addition, having ELS bundled with LCPD:FR may have some legal issues. Besides, it's not that difficult to install each modification individually.
