  1. Try a manual reinstall of LCPD:FR. Also, make sure you have removed all previous versions of LCPD:FR.
  2. Actually, LCPDFR does support multiplayer. Can you post all .log files? Is LCPDFR running when you try to play multiplayer? What other modifications do you have? Does the person you are trying to play with have the same modifications?
  3. Are you all playing online? It's possible LCPDFR is crashing from the new, redesigned website.
  4. What happened to the forum ranking and signatures? And why are there ways to "Vote" on posts?
  5. GTA IV DOES NOT crash from these errors, they are just warnings for debugging purposes. LCPDFR does not have these files, it requests them anyway for expandability.
  6. Please post all .log files.
  7. Great to see GTA V is hooked; Means scripts are not far off. What language is the hook and the engine written in?
  8. No, ELS flashes the coronas in the same location as the headlight and tailights (which every vehicle already has). You just need to enable headlight and tailight coronas in your vehicle's configuration file located in the ELS folder. [ CORONAS ] Headlights = off, 0, white, white Taillights = off, 0, red, red IndicatorsF = off, 0, white, white IndicatorsB = off, 0, red, red Reverselights = off, 0, white, white
  9. Please ensure that: An ASI Loader, ScriptHook and AdvancedHook are present. Make sure you have all dependencies installed. You can check this by running the LCPDFR diagnostics tool, located in the "LCPDFR" folder at the GTA IV root directory. Post all .log files if the problem continues.
  10. Interestingly, R* does consider them to be seperate games. It's possible that with the release of the pc version, they may be designed differently as well.
  11. GTA IV never "supported" modding, but development of scripthooks and resource modification allowed for GTA IV modding to become as developed and diverse as it is now. It's likely simple modifications, such as modeling and spawning objects will work, but complex scripts (like "LSPDFR") will take more time. Our modern LCPDFR relies on scripthooks that were developed for GTA IV, but "LSPDFR" may be able to function without dependencies. Of course, no one knows untill GTA V comes out.
  12. Delete AdvancedHookInit.asi, and install taser manually. Instructions can be found here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> If this does not solve your problem, please reply with your AdvancedHook, ScriptHook, and Diagnostics logs.
  13. Please post which modifications you are using, your advancedhook, scripthook, and diagnostics logs.
  14. Most of the textures of the bilbord are located in pc/data/maps. Each folder represents the general area of textures, while each texture representsd a specific object. However, it can be a pain to find the texture your looking for. Sometimes, the texture may have "police," "cop," or "station" in them, but others are completely random. cp702 did post some info on this a while back ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>); He may be able to help you.
  15. Install manually. Instructions can be found here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  16. Enabling Large Address Aware (LAA) may help with memory issues and instability.
  17. That's normal with ELS' default configuration. Like it says in the manual, pressing J will cycle through the different stages of LSTG: 1, 2, and 3. You can still change this by: Enabling ELS Express mode by pressing Ctrl+Backspace in game. This will make ELS behave just like the vanilla GTA Siren, where pressing G will turn on all lights and siren with 1 keypress. Pressing Alt+J to jump to LSTG 3, then pressing G to enable siren, and pressing T or using number keys 1-3 to cycle through sirens. Changing the LstgActivationType to another setting. More details in the ELS Manual. (Only avaliable in ELS 8.5)
  18. Are you using LCPDFR 1.1, and ELS 8.5? Older versions commonly have this problem.

  20. Can you elaborate on your problem?
  21. Post all .log files please. Despite you having enough memory, GTA IV is poorly designed. In some cases, this "memory leak" would lead to world textures dissipearing. By default, GTA IV can't even use more than 4gb of ram. You can rectify this problem by installing Large Address Aware. In adition, try to: Remove/Replace/Reinstall any traffic modifications; These may cause conflict with LCPDFR's spawning engine. Remove any high poly (models with lots of polygons) models. This may also put a strain on GTA IV. Tone down graphics settings, in particular view/detail distance and resolution.
  22. Please ensure that an ASI Loader, ScriptHook and AdvancedHook are present. Also, make sure you have all dependencies installed. You can check this by running the LCPDFR diagnostics tool, located in the "LCPDFR" folder at the GTA IV root directory.

  24. Actually, your problem is you haven't installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2005, 2010, and 2012 (one of these should solve your problem).
  25. Please post all .log files.
