It works now. But, I have a problem with games for windows live (GFWL) whenever I start it up it gives me a error. I tried reinstalling, everything and I still get the error and my internet connection is fine. Hope you can help.

Okay, I unchecked the read only and I will see if it will work! I un-checked the read-me but it still keeps checking it back by itself to readme

In the properties it is checked. Am I suppost to uncheck it? And, I am using the launcher as administrator..

Hello, when I launch GTA IV, it shows me a black screen, after the GTA IV logo it turns black forever. I tried it again and still the same thing. HELP.

I actually found out that on this thread on the xbox forums that everyone has this problem and is having the same issue. If you have the same problem then Xbox engineers are working to fix this problem. Thanks.

Try reinstalling games for windows live here. If that doesn't work then see if you typed the username or password wrong.

Do you still have the link to the new vehicles and uniforms still if not then thats okay. But anyway, I think its gotta be the uniforms. Try taking them out and if it fixes the crash problem then it is the uniforms. If its not then its gotta be the vehicles. ELS can't crash unless if you put it in right.

I did all of that but it is still keeps staying at E and it wont let me go on C or H, it always does E-00 to E-22 or something like that. Example: Whenever I get to E-00 and when I get to the end of it, it keeps going back to E-00 and not C or H. It doesn't work.

Like the police.ini, police2.ini?
