Hello all. I have installed GFWL and when I try to log in, it gives me a error code of 80131509 and it said's "Can't log in, please try again later" I have tried reinstalling, and everything and it wont work still. My friend doesn't have this problem. How do I fix this?

You can run ELS without LCPDFR, just the big problem is that you cannot run GTA IV by looking at your specs. I recommend getting a gaming PC.

Will it make the game not lag?

Hello guys, I have this WEIRD problem... Whenever I open Skype (social media) and keep it open, and I open my game, it lags my game, even if I close it. If I restart m​y computer, it wont lag anymore but I want to talk to friends on skype.. My PC specs is the txt document. The mods that I use is: Car Pack Uniforms Bravehearts policing Script LCPDFR 0.95RC2 Crown Vic Engine Sound Gun Sounds Weapons Hope you can figure something out!

What version of LCPDFR are you using. Also, can you send in your advancedhook.log and lcpdfr.log please?

Have you tried reinstalling? If you go to www.canyourunit.com and type in grand theft auto iv, it will tell you if you can run it.

Hi beefandnachos99! So you're ELS doesn't work right? Well, have you tried pressing J 3 times? Is the car supportive for ELS? Did you install trainer all the way? Did you copy and paste the all the trainer files into your GTA main folder/directory? Well, if you have trainer then press F3 or F4 and it will bring it up and then on your numpad key press numpad 5 and it will bring up the options menu. Then on the right, it will say Enable/Disable Keys. Once you have disabled the keys, els should work. You will have to do this every time you enter the game. Hope this helps! Rareroblox
