Hi, I am having this error message, err_str_failure_3, and I am getting to the point where I can' t play, and its really annoying. This error only comes up when I go near a vehicle, lets say to transport a suspect, or around any police car to be honest. I've tried verifying game cache from steam, and I have also tried putting new cars into the game. Didn't work. Is it the way I put it in OpenIV? I put it in patchday20ng. This also happens when I try to go up to the police station parking lot in Sandy Shores. Hope there can be a fix.

Hey guys, whenever I try to open a .ytd or .yft file, it always crashes and gives me this message seen attached. I am trying to view the car that I installed. I am installing my cars under patchday20ng, and also, whenever I try to spawn in sheriff2, it always crashes my game as well. I tried reinstalling OpenIV, didn't work. Hopefully there can be a fix.

What do you mean? Like, whenever you start up RagePluginHook it act's like its a normal GTA game like if you were to open it from steam?

Hello everyone. So, I just got a new gaming computer yesterday, and I am having trouble with RAGEPluginHook. The startup with RAGE works perfectly fine, but when I get into the GTA loading screen, it's acting like I am starting up a normal game of GTA without Rage. I tried reinstalling rage, but that didn't do anything. Any ideas?

Yes. I understand now. I did research on Can I Run It and I found that the Radeon 580 runs pretty much every game on high settings. This desktop is the same price for the Nitro 5, but has better graphics which I find funny haha. Also, the only thing I don't like about that desktop is that wifi is only accessible with a USB dongle which I don't think I will like because if I lose it, then oh well.

Hey Computer Geeks. I have a question. Since Black Friday is here and Cyber Monday around the corner, I'm thinking of shopping between two gaming computers. I just need help deciding which one is a better buy. I am on a low budget so hopefully the specs are gonna be good for the price. I am thinking between this desktop (CyberPowerPC) and this laptop (Acer Nitro 5). If someone could please look through the specs and see which one is the better deal, that would be great. Also, if anybody else has another product that is under $700, please feel free to post it as well.

Okay, so do you think if I installed those plugins you listed, and put GTA V in medium settings, do you think it will stay at a 60 FPS or maybe higher?

Hey guys. I am thinking about buying a Acer Nitro 5 from Best Buy. I am not looking for desktops because of size, I wanna be portable, and also looking for some sales. Anyways, I am looking at the Acer Nitro 5 from Best Buy for $679.99 (on sale), and I was wondering if someone has this laptop or can look at the specs tell me if this computer can run at least medium/high settings with also playing lspdfr, and also telling me if 256GB SSD is enough for storage or if I should buy an external hard drive like 1TB. Okay, I have fixed it by reinstalling the game. The only problem now is, is that me and my friend are trying to play LCPDFR 1.1, but it keeps keeps kicking me out of the multiplayer session and taking me back to Single Player. The only way I can play is by using LCPDFR 0.95, and it's really annoying. We are both using the same mods. My friend is not having this issue.

I am using steam, but if I verify integrity cache, it will delete all of my vehicles, sirens, etc. I'll try the command line thing. Thanks.

Hello. I installed a new siren for GTA IV, and then when I went into the game to test it out, my game just went black/white when spawning into game. This doesn't happen when it loads the cutscene stuff, only when physically spawned in. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about, and this has not happened. Hopefully this can be resolved. Thanks.

Oh definitely, they are designed for gaming. But, if you are looking for a cheaper desktop, the one you provided should do it.

Your only bet would be the car mods, because you don't have any script mods, the only mods you have is LCPDFR, Native Trainer, and ELS. So, I would recommend getting some new cars. If that doesn't work, then just go to your steam library, go to GTA IV, and then hit properties, local files, and then verify game integrity cache, so it can look into the GTA IV folder, and see if you have some missing files and reinstall those files for you. If it still doesn't work, then just let me know and I'll see what I can do for you.

I believe he is talking about the main GTA Scripthook. You need ScriptHookV to use LCPDFR and trainer, unless the trainer that I'm using needs ScripthookV, but anyways yeah. ScripthookV has no affiliation to LSPDFR, and RPH. We have to wait for Alexander (Creator of SHV) to update it. Don't know when he will update it though.

Yeah. I hope it isn't. Take2 is really making everyone's video game lives worse and worse.
