  2. then something's a miss, either you had a flub up during game install...or it was installed incorrectly. from where i'm sitting....i should be seeing a proper log that shows where it's installed....wait....GTAIV....or is it EFLC?

  5. place the Diagnostic in the GTAiv folder, re run it, It obviously cannot find your GTA install location

  8. it could be that your laptop's Graphics processor cannot handle gtaiv with out over heating and shutting down, I got that alot on my macbook with the sims, sooo I would re-render this subject a hardware issue, not a gta, or lcpdfr issue
  9. PLEASE STOP SHOUTING AT US! You need to patch the game to 1.0.7.0, patch 7 for GTAIV OR if you have EFLC 1.1.2.0, patch 2, you'll need this .Net Framework 4 Standalone and C++ 2010 x86
  10. take a look in your gtaiv directory, scripts, and the firstresponse.ini (file with the cog on it) open it with notepad, that should give you a basic list As for installing 095, you can install and overwrite 091
  11. It depends on how powerful your GPU is in your computer, aka your Graphics, compare these, btw, this is a GTAIV support/discussion, not lcpdfr.com My laptop: My stock Desktop, pre-new graphics card And my Desktop now:

  13. Funny..i didnt say anything about the patch version, I run IV patch 1070, and EFLC 1120 and they work fine, other than my heavy car loads, you can get the asi loaders by reinstalling LCPDFR and checking off either Xlive, or dsound.

  16. I prefer EFLC, there are more cars, as well as some kick ass weaponry
  17. ELS defaults are J K L U I Alt+M...and some other controls I cant remember, all mine have been modified
  18. then you have a bad car, replace the one you put in
  19. did you happen to mod the EFLC cars? like replace them with els enabled cars?
  20. could be a few things...1) computer cannot handle it, 2) bad car mod if you have one or several
